Product Manager Farrowing

The role
- You are the innovator, the expert and spider in the web when it come to optimizing our farrowing systems
- You will actively look for farrowing innovations and opportunities in our market
- You will develop total solutions for the customer
- You will take in account cross selling opportunities with Vereijken products and products from our French colleagues at Cooperl
- You will keep Exact Online and the various dashboards up to date.
- You will develop and manage our product book as well as assist our customers to be future proof
Your Sales colleagues will travel on a daily basis to secure projects and innovations as well as manage accounts. You will support them with accurate information about products and innovations. You will actively participate in creating and performing the sales strategies. You will also help to reach the set sales targets. With your insight you know where you can find opportunities and act on them. You are proactive. Together with your colleagues and our customers you will extend the market in Europe, Canada and Asia
‘Great pork originates here’ is the basis for everything we develop. We are specifically focussing on the pig farrowing systems because we know that a good start is the essence of a successful pig farm. We are very proud of the systems we have developed, among which we have the Pro Dromi system. In this type of system the sows are moving around freely and at the same time we reduce the risk of piglet mortality. We try to lead the way by constantly innovating. In this role you will actively participate.

Your talent will be utilized for developing of innovative total solutions for the international pig farming industry. The main focus will be farrowing as well as enlarge sales opportunities. You have affinity with the products and the market. Your knowledge of English is excellent, both verbally and written. You are energized by new projects that are created also thanks to your input. You are a teamplayer, working together with Cooperl R&D, Wageningen University and our export team. You understand how to adapt the wishes of our worldwide customer into a custom made offer.
